The Challenge
Halcyon Skincare had tried three different agencies before coming to us. Their Google and Meta ad campaigns were generating clicks but not profitable sales. ROAS was sitting at 1.8x which barely covered their cost of goods. They needed a paid advertising partner who could turn ad spend into actual revenue growth, not just traffic reports.
Our Strategy
We rebuilt their entire paid advertising setup from the ground up. On Google, we restructured campaigns around high-intent product keywords and shopping ads with optimized product feeds. On Meta, we built a full-funnel strategy from cold audience prospecting through retargeting with creative testing at every stage. We set up proper server-side conversion tracking so every sale was attributed accurately. Then we tested 15 different ad creatives in the first month to find what actually resonated with their audience.
